Join me in my home atelier for a unique and intimate 1:1 workshop experience. These creative séances are suited for anyone who wishes to develop or perfect their floral design skills. During these hands on workshops, students learn valuable techniques to compose luxuriant floral arrangements inspired by nature and by Dutch Golden Age paintings. Various concepts are discussed during our time together, from harmonizing colours, shapes, and textures to using sustainable materials and techniques. No need to be experienced, since each workshop is tailored to the student’s rhythm and abilities. Two workshops are available:

During the first part of this workshop, I do an A to Z demonstration of a compote arrangement while explaining all the tricks and techniques to create a spectacular composition that can serve as a centerpiece on a table, buffet or countertop for an event or simply to decorate the house. Then, under my supervision, the student composes an arrangement on their own using a compote bowl handcrafted by a local ceramist. The work is then photographed and I will send a high resolution version to the student so that they can show off their creation on their social platforms. After the workshop, the student will be able to take home the entire arrangement which includes the bowl. All the tools are supplied and all of the materials used during the workshop (flowers, foliages) are gathered from local flower farms or are locally foraged. Included in the price of the workshop:

• 3 hours of combined theory and practice

• A floral arrangement composed by you

• A handcrafted compote bowl

• A high resolution photograph of your arrangement

• Snacks and beverages

• A little tour of my garden :) (weather permitting)

I start this workshop with a 1:1 demonstration of a floral composition during which I explain all the tricks and techniques to create a romantic hand-tied bouquet in a loose natural style. This style of arrangement can be used as bridal bouquet or can be placed in a vase and act as a table centerpiece. Under my supervision, the student will then apply the skills learned during the demo to create their own unique bouquet that they will be able to take home. The work is then photographed and I will send a high resolution version to the student so that they can show off their creation on their social platforms. All the tools are supplied and all of the materials used during the workshop (flowers, foliages) are gathered from local flower farms or are locally foraged. Included in the price of the workshop:

• 3 hours of combined theory and practice

• 1 hand-tied bouquet composed by you

• A high resolution photograph of your arrangement

• Snacks and beverages

• A little tour of my garden :) (weather permitting)
